zwh.tec built the Vorka app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by zwh at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This includes, but is not limited to, images you upload to the Service for the purpose of generating AI videos. The information and content I request may be temporarily stored on our servers to process your request and deliver the generated video. Personally identifiable information retained on your device is not collected by me unless explicitly uploaded as part of the Service.

The images you upload will be used solely for the purpose of generating AI videos as requested by you. Once the video is generated and delivered, uploaded images may be retained for a limited period to improve our AI models or troubleshoot issues, unless you opt out of this retention (see "User Choices" below). After this period, the images will be deleted from our servers.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or process your uploaded content.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We take reasonable steps to protect your content during processing, but you acknowledge that uploading content is at your own risk.
